Freshman are not ones to know exactly what they want to do after highschool. They dont have any plans as of right now but they all have an idea. They also let us know what wise words they live by. They all decided that they either had or didn’t have or know what they wanted to do when they graduated from Greenbrier West high school. We asked multiple freshman their plans after highschool and what their words of wisdom are for the following 9th graders some next year and here are their answers.
Houston Adkins: “I plan to go to trade school when I graduate to weld.” His words of wisdom are: do your best.
Kaelyn Bevins: “I plan to go to collage after I graduate to be a surgeon. Her words of wisdom are “Keep your grades up, be yourself, and don’t get on Coach Robs bad side.”
Ava Burns: “I plan to go to collage after highschool but I haven’t decided what for yet.” Her words of wisdom: “Stay out of drama and keep up with your grades.”
Kaid Queen: “I plan to go to trade school after I graduate.” Words of Wisdom: Can’t fulfill your dreams if you leave em on your pillow.”
Tucker Johnston: “I plan to be a welder after I graduate.” His words of wisdom are “succeed.”
Memphise Butler: “My plans after highschool are whatever God chooses.” His words of wisdom: “Follow God he will have the answers it will just take time.”
As you can tell getting good grades and getting work done on time are very important for these freshman and we all hope it will be for the next group of freshman also. Remember to enjoy high school and finish your work on time!
