West and East culinary collaboration

- How did it go? It was interesting to collaborate with the crew from East. all and all it went well
- What did you make? Bacon wrapped smoked chicken breasts with house BBQ rub and sauce, East made a tortellini carbonara and roasted potatoes. We also made peach and mixed berry cobblers for dessert
- What did you think would happen? It went exactly like I expected, everyone was professional and the food was amazing. The guests were impressed
- What did you think of the East culinary crew? They were competent, they seem to have a pretty good crew
