West and East culinary collaboration
  1. How did it go? It was interesting to collaborate with the crew from East. all and all it went well
  2. What did you make? Bacon wrapped smoked chicken breasts with house BBQ rub and sauce, East made a tortellini carbonara and roasted potatoes. We also made peach and mixed berry cobblers for dessert
  3. What did you think would happen? It went exactly like I expected, everyone was professional and the food was amazing. The guests were impressed
  4. What did you think of the East culinary crew? They were competent, they seem to have a pretty good crew
