What Does March Bring? What Do We Celebrate During March?

March is a month that to me seems quite boring, but March can bring a lot of things to celebrate and brings us a lot good things to kick off the coming of spring.

March brings us things such as the beginning of spring, the return of daylight savings time which means depending on the time of year, we could lose a hour of daytime or gain an hour, the full worm moon which is the last full moon of winter, and the vernal equinox, the vernal equinox is when the sun crosses the celestial equator in a northerly direction making the prime meridian of right ascension.

But March not only brings us good things but we also have a lot to celebrate during this month. Like National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month, cerebral palsy is a “congenital disorder of movement, muscle tone, and posture.” National Brain Injury Awareness Month, Multiple Sclerosis, multiple sclerosis is when “the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves.”, National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, ” Colorectal Cancer is when cells in colon or rectum grow out of control.”, Endometriosis Awareness Month, Endometriosis is when “tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus causing pain and difficulty with pregnancy.”, Music in our schools month, National Women’s Month, St. Patrick’s Day, Irish-American Heritage Month
