Is Halloween Ends the end?

The Michael Myers Halloween franchise is loved by many and has been going on for decades. The first movie, directed by John Carpenter was released in 1978 titled “Halloween” and since then 12 other movies have been released including the newest movie being “Halloween Ends” which was released a few weeks ago. A couple different directors have made the 13 movies and taken different spins on the timeline and story lines so the films can vary from movie to movie. After the movie “Halloween 6:The curse of Micheal Myers”, the franchise started to get rebooted. The metal artist Rob Zombie took his own twist on the story and made his own Halloween which was released in 2007. The movie is based off the original Halloween but in the year 1990. In 2009 Rob Zombie made another movie called Halloween 2. Jamie Lee Curtis who plays Laurie Strode started the role at 19 and is in a total of seven films including the first and latest Halloween release. The director David Gorden who has directed the latest 3 movies (Halloween, Halloween kills, and Halloween ends) has stated that halloween kills will be the last movie in his reboot trilogy. Jamie Lee Curtis also stated that Halloween kills will most likely be her last appearance in the halloween franchise. The future of more Halloween movies is unknown for now. Halloween Ends has a lot of mixed reviews so if you haven’t watched it it’s in theaters now and on peacock.
