Nicholas County vs. Greenbrier West

On Monday, April 26th, the softball team traveled to Nicholas County High School. We played a varsity game and a few innings of a JV game. The varsity game started a little slowly, but after a few innings when we got up to bat, we got on a good batting streak. Each person who went up to bat made contact, and some even got a run. Both teams tried hard and battled, but Nicholas County ended up winning JV and Varsity.

It was a beautiful day to play a game: about 70 degrees out and sunny. Each game I can see the team improve. I am very proud of each of the girls.
