On March 27th, our Lady Cavs traveled to Meadow Bridge to go head to head with the WildCats. Our girls played a good game and came out with a win, 51-23.

We had a couple outstanding players such as Allison Dunn (Sophomore) and Meagan Poticher (Sophomore). They both accomplished a double double. Allison scored a total of 17 points making her the breadwinner of the game. She also came a close second, only five points behind Meagan Poticher who had the most rebounds in the game at 19. Raelynn Palmer (Sophomore) came in a close third with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. Brooke Nutter (Junior) had 12 rebounds and 3 assists while Natalie Agee (Junior) scored a total of 5 points.

The team is mainly made up of sophomores with no seniors. They are a varsity team only with starters: Hannah Sweet (Freshman), Allison Dunn (Sophomore), Raeyln Palmer (Sophomore), Natalie Agee (Junior) and Brooke Nutter (Junior). Our girls have a few falls this season but with a great, motivational and hardworking team like theirs, I have faith that they will bring it back beginning with this game.
