Greenbrier West’s First Home Game

On Friday, March 5th, 2021, Greenbrier West had their first home basketball game of the year against Tug Valley. The game was very controlled due to COVID, but it did not make the game any less interesting. This game was definitely a good one to start out the home crowd, keeping us viewers on our seats the whole time. The boys played well together, using their own skills to help further the game. By halftime, the Cavaliers had taken the lead at 39-37, but Tug Valley didn’t back down. They were head to head, fighting for the lead score the whole game. In the end, our team fought hard, but ended up losing 75-77. 

At the beginning of the game, our Cavalier Choir small group performed the national anthem which you can see in the video. They did amazing and they plan on performing at all of the home games.
