Culinary Thanksgiving

Every year, the Cavalier Culinary hosts a Thanksgiving event where the students in the class are paired into groups, and are required to make a dish for Thanksgiving. The groups have to make a side dish or a dessert, and the students are given time in class to

prepare their dishes.

This year, there were about 7 side dishes and 7 desserts to go along with the main course, turkey. Some of the dishes include Green Bean Casserole with a homemade Mushroom Soup, Mashed Potatoes, Pumpkin Pie, and more. After two days of cooking, the event took place on Friday, November 22nd, 2019, at 1:00pm.
