Hey, readers and poetry lovers: Last year, Tia Walkup won second place in the annual Poetry Out Loud state contest. At the beginning of the year, The Poetry Foundation awarded our school $200 from the Poetry Foundation for new poetry books and materials in honor of Tia’s accomplishment. This is a great opportunity since we needed new books for the library. We hope you enjoy!
