Tuesday, January 8th Summers County High School traveled to Greenbrier West High School to face off against the Cavaliers. The game was close throughout the first half, creating a thick layer of tension between both teams as well as the fans. The Cavaliers were only up by 6 at the half, but they came out with a 14-2 run to open the second half. From then on it was all Greenbrier West.  Noah Midkiff finished with 26, and Collin O’Dell finished with 20. The game ended at 80-45. Greenbrier West improved to 6-1 in the season and will host Greater Beckley Christian Academy on Thursday, January 10th.
