On December 1, 2018, Rainelle had their annual Christmas parade.  This year their parade was hosted by Meadow Garden association.  There were about thirty different floats ranging from churches spreading their joy of Christmas to little league baseball sharing their win as well as our very own cheerleaders and JROTC cadets here at West!  Meanwhile, following the parade, Rainelle Town Hall had a tree lighting ceremony and voted for the favorite participants of the parade and handed out trophies.  They did things a little differently this year:  they voted for a 2018 prince and princess of Rainelle.  To end the evening, everyone rocked out to rock 95.3 radio!
