Every year, Greenbrier West High School’s JROTC program and Student Government officials host an event to honor veterans. This years November 9th, 2018 ceremony involved poetic tributes, performances from the band and choir, and some local veterans as guest speakers. Following the ceremony, Cavalier Culinary provided the veterans with a gourmet breakfast. Veteran’s Day is an incredibly important holiday, and our school did an amazing job at demonstrating just how much it means to us. This event was an effective reminder to thank our veterans, and our JROTC program for putting it together!
