Cinder by Marissa Meyer is a chilling spin off of the original Cinderella tale, it’s creative, different, and very well written. It follows a girl named Cinder, who lost her left hand and leg to a dangerous hover accident, and when something happens to her step sister Peoney, her step mother signs her up for Cyborg Conscription, where they test on cyborgs a possible cure for a disease that is spreading throughout the place she is living in. And while she is there she finds out a big thing about herself that she never would have imagined.
