The 5 Boys (Shane Griffith, Chance Forren, Cody Walker, John Parks, and Drake Dunn)  and 5 Girls (Hope Boone, Danielle Roberts, Julie Agee, Caraline Coughlin, and Jewelia Shrewsberry) that went to the 2018 State Track Meet represented their school very well. For the boys, Shane Griffith placed 9th in the 300 meter hurdles and 7th in long jump. The Boys shuttle hurdle team (Shane Griffith, Cody Walker, Drake Dunn, and Chance Forren) placed 7th. For the girls, Danielle Roberts placed 9th in the 400 meter. The girls 4×100 and 4×200 team (Danielle Roberts, Caraline Coughlin, Jewelia Shrewsberry, and Julie Agee) placed 7th in both events. The 4×200 team also broke the previously set school record of 1:54:00 with a time of 1:53.84. Congratulations to all the participants this year at States! Good luck next year!!
