Greenbrier West students practiced hard to audition for All-state Choir and Band earlier this year. These
students worked hard to be a part of this prestigious state event. Intense rehearsal was held March 8 th
and 9 th culminating with a concert on March 10 th . The following choir students participated: Kendall
Hamons, senior, soprano, third year all-state; Lindsey Sykes, junior, soprano, second year all-state; Drake
Dunn, junior, tenor, second year all-state; Kameron Pack, junior, bass, second year all state; Laken
Stidom, junior, alto, first year all-state; Band student Gianna Ortiz, junior, clarinet, first year all-state.
The students would like to thank Randy Sims, GWHS music director for all of his guidance and support
along with Susan Adkins for her assistance.
