Thanksgiving Recipies: Roasted Fall Vegetables

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we have teamed up with various sources such the Cavalier Culinary Department and Buzzfeed’s Tasty, to bring you the best recipes of the comming season. This week we’re doing a classic favorite: Roasted Vegetables.

What you will need:

2 Cups diced butternut squash

2 Cups diced Zucchini

2 Cups diced carrots

2 Cups diced Sweet potato

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 Teaspoon garlic powder

2 Tablespoon Bertolli Balsamic Glaze



  1. Toss vegetables together with olive oil, Italian Seasoning, and Garlic powder
  2. Spread out on sheet pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until carrots are fork tender
  3. Toss vegetables in a bowl with Balsamic glaze. Add salt and pepper to taste.
